HOW CAN WE HELP
- Protecting & transferring your assets
- Minimizing risks related to probate, guardianship, creditors, and taxes
- Providing for minor children and vulnerable adults
- Preparing for assisted living and nursing home transitions
- Fulfilling someone's last wishes & distributing their estate
- Managing the life cycle of your business
Recently, when Mr. Medina informed us that power of attorney documents had been changed radically by the State of Florida, I decided to have him review all of my ‘End of Life’ type documents and bring them up to date. We reviewed my last will and testament, my medical directives and my power of attorney.
As we were discussing possible changes, Mr. Medina was very careful to outline how the documents could impact me, my caregivers, and/or my survivors in real life situations. There was no legalese for me to figure out. This illustrated to me his understanding of human nature as well as his true concern for his client.
My experience with Medina Law Group, P.A. has been outstanding! My husband and I used them for our personal needs, which included a will, medical documents, and trust establishment. We did this so that if any unforeseen events happened, our 3 children would be well cared for under our personal instructions and without any confusion.
I would encourage all young families to seek out this expertise, as it is crucially important to plan ahead, and not a service only the elderly need. We’ve also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Medina with regards to my mother so that her affairs are in order without surprises.
As the daughter of someone who passed away pre-mature and without any pre-planned documents or set-aside finances, I cannot say enough about the importance of these services. If not for yourself, do it for the loved ones that will be left to make life-changing decisions on your behalf in the midst of their grieving.
